18th c Atelier is an old beauty emporium featuring design by an internationally recognized interior decorator, antiquarian, and editorial stylist. The website is utilized as a showcase displaying 18th, 19th and 20th century French and Swedish antiques and reproductions.

This website was designed under the consensus that the focal point of the visitor’s attention should be directed to the imagery. The objective was to build a modern but classic design.  With history as a point of reference, sleek, subtle lines frame award winning photography, as the visitors browse through inventory, portfolio and press archives.

Built in HTML, the website’s design is timeless like the work of the work of Donald Kirkby, owner of 18th c. Atelier.
